Did you have to throw in the 30 years? I got it right away and now I feel old.
I better clarify, before the UNC folks jump all over me, a "loose" woman was often referred to as having "round heels" because one push and she's on her back.

First this:
The first thing I would like to say about that report is that I think that it is very interesting, interesting to note for the ones of you that care to note these things, that this report was leaked by the district attorney`s office, according to press people who have told me specifically that they leaked it to them, several days ago. We only received this report at 5:00 o`clock. I received it at 5:02 this afternoon by fax. I find it interesting that it was leaked that way and faxed to us in a way that was apparently done so that we would not have the opportunity to respond to it. That`s the first thing.

Second:
Now, let me say that to you again. Even though they said earlier that there was no semen taken from the vaginal swabs of this woman, we now find that they did retrieve male genetic material from a single source, a single male source, from vaginal swabs and that that source has been named in this report, is a person known to the Durham Police Department, but is not any of the Duke lacrosse players.
Ulp. Two parts: 1). Why didn't DA Nifong come clean the first go round. 2). Who is the "DNA-linked" SOURCE the Durham Police knows?

I'd say at this point, the unnamed sperm donor is a "Material" witness. Is it a crime to "be silent"? It can be and I'll bet that in this case, it is.
Didn't somebody in an earlier thread turn up a male name in connection with the website of her employer BunnyholeEntertainment? If that's her manager probably worth a check, but the guy on the website may be further up the "corporate ladder" LOL.
One point I've been unclear on is whether the AV normally lives with her boyfriend or with her parents? Do her two kids normally live with her parents or with the AV (and perhaps her boyfriend)? If there was an address associated with the AV other than the Charles St address one could check for the names of the residents against "Landon" or "Lang" or something similar.

This is kind of a hit piece on a school. I don't condone cheating, but it really isn't fair or rational to judge a school on this kind of evidence. I'm a bit on the old side, but I saw cheating in high school. It was mostly confined to one class with an incompetent teacher. He made up for it at the end of the year with a cheat-proof final exam.

you know that Jimmy is a reported homosexual, don't you?....nothing wrong with that , but I don't respect him....he overprosecuted the "dog people" in San Fran when their dogs attacked and killed a young lesbian woman.....
I think he was acting probably like Nifong in this present case....taking a politically correct posture no matter what....
