Unless you end up with little **** having a bad day and deciding to take it out on the customer. My receipt had gotten smudged when returned some items when I found out they were sized wrong. The customer service lady gave me a bad time about the receipt being smudged (even though the total or type of transaction wasn't, just the price on two items). She asked for my i.d. I didn't have it with me, so told her I would get my husband (since he obviously had his i.d. on him). She then gave him a really hard time and acted like she was doing him a favor by giving him store credit (which is all we wanted in the first place). If we had to go back home to get my i.d. there would have been some words with this girl's manager.
Thats to bad....I've never had a problem with any Wal-Mart I go into around here and we 4 of them....I love em all...I hope you don't get treated like this all the time...
