I heard a woman claim that if she had sex with a guy because he told her he loved her, then later on she heard he was bragging to his friends about having sex with her - THAT was rape.

According to this hormonely challenged person, it's rape unless there is INFORMED CONSENT.

Isn't it amazing that the same people who constantly whine about women's rights always want to treat grown women like they're little children when it comes to making sex decisions? Grown men and women get drunk, have sex, and wake up to regret it. That is not rape, that's life's learning curve.

I wish it were as clear as that; it's not. She can change her mind, 40 years from now and call it rape. If she changes her mind within the DNA-test sample period; regardless of how "informed the consent was" even in writing, she can still charge him with Rape. That's the fact.

In the 90s a number of men found themselves horribly placed in courts? How? The "consenting" female offered to get rid of the used condom but instead placed it in her purse.
