Duke University police are investigating another rape allegation involving Duke students.

Apparently the accuser remembers "nothing". She was at a POT and booze party. She was zonked and had to be escorted "home". She asked the guy to put her PJ's on. Doesn't remember a thing excepting waking up and feeling violated. Examination reveals the presence of "fluids".

Based on the Duke University police Web site, the accuser admitted she was drunk and could not provide too many details of what happened leading up to the alleged attack. - from the WRAL online piece

Since she was so blotto, the guy can claim that she slipped him a kennedy (an ambien/phenergan mickey) and he was so disoriented he actually thought he was inserting his vote in the ballot box in the House chamber at the time of the alleged dirty deed.
