Bigfoot:New Photo From Mt Hood National Forest ?

There’s a new “possible” Bigfoot photograph that has been submitted to Cryptomundo. We are making no claims about it, but thought our readers might be interested in looking at this one. And pondering what it might be.

It was taken by a scouting camera on April 30, 2006, in the Mt. Hood National Forest, near The Dalles, Oregon. The camera is a Cuddeback digital scouting camera, which was attached to a tree about three feet off the ground. It has a motion/heat detector.

Could it be someone going by in a poncho? I asked the people who placed the camera, Klindt Kendall and Dianna Martin, what they thought. As far as they can tell, this is “not someone in raingear,” they told me. Photograph is used with their permission here and copyrighted by them.

If you take this photo and lighten it up a bit, you'll see that it's the south end of a north-bound horse. The hair is the horse's tail, and you can see its right hip, the underside of it's right jaw, and the right side of its neck. It's pretty clear.

I'll agree horse... The hair doesn't look like a shaggy thing, it's long hair like a horse tail.

The hair color doesn't tell you anything about the horse. The dark or light version above could be nearly any breed.

That's why "loaded for bear" is not the same as just "hunting."

That is an amazing bear.
I received an email about that bear, too and checked it out. It is true.

Half-true, half-false. It is an actual bear, but it was shot in a bear hunt, was not charging, had not killed anyone, and was not a record bear. Check Snopes but watch out, at the bottom of the page is a upsetting photo some people have included that was supposed to be someone killed by the bear (again, a real dead person, but had committed suicide and the body was scavenged by other animals).
