I am sure they used carefully selected words to make the average person believe they are a government agency without telling them outright. An unsuspecting person wouldn't know the difference. I will answer the phone next time. HottieGirl trusts people too easy. I question everyone.

It really shouldn't matter. Because the vial was sent via USPS, and it was enough to convince hottiegirl that they were a government agency, that is mail/wire fraud.
I say no to all telemarketers. Politely, of course. Then I quietly hang up.
