My favorite quote from JFK is "Ich bin ein Berliner"

Apparently there was a doughnut being made in Berlin at the time that was called the Berliner. And since he used the word ein in that sentence he basically said

"I am a doughnut"

You can still buy "Berliner" at bakeries today throughout the whole of Germany. Also "Amerikaner", though they were briefly renamed, in protest, during the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

And what's with Arnold Schwarzennegger not being eligible - I thought that he was a (naturalized) U.S. citizen?
