Often I see Libertarians refer to themselves as "Conservatives" or "Right". Yet, many times, on many web-boards, I see the libertarians taking the same positions as Demonrats, and they seem to support Demonrats over Republicans.
I did a bit of research, and I found why this might be the case. Libertarianism is actually in the same political system as Liberalism.

First off, the platform you cite doesn't address the Constitution.
If you disagree, please cite the areas of the Constitution involved.
Second, even if their platform did wish to change the Constitution, if they advocate doing it in legal fashion there is no usurpation at all.
Legally changing laws is NOT usurpation.
Therefore, as many of us saw from your first post, you don't know what you are talking about.

ALSO...the Constitution for the United States ONLY grants the central government (FedGov) jurisdiction over THREE CRIMES (excepting, I suppose, on Federal Military Reservations, which are the only lands supposed to be owned by FedGov). These crimes are: Piracy, including modern forms of it such as terrorism and air piracy, Counterfeiting and Treason. That's it and that's all, bub.
Always bear in mind that the Constitution for the United States is only a grant of certain, LIMITED authority given by we, the People, to the central government, in order for it to do certain things in our names and on our behalf. It is NOT a supreme grant of power over us, with our rights few and limited in scope. The Government is not the SOURCE of our rights, but their PROTECTOR, as our rights are Divine in origin and have nothing to do with government. We would have these rights even if Washington, Sacramento,and every other source of government were to vanish from the earth.

I don't know what makes you liberals think God gave you the "right" to dope, whores and sodomy and that's what the Founders fought for.
God gave us FREE WILL... your ilk wants to DENY GOD and take away free will, imposing your version of morality on everyone by force of law. Free will means many will make mistakes and do things they should not. HOWEVER, within the constraint that their behaviours are either SOLITARY or with another individual who is capable of giving informed consent, then they are NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS OR THAT OF GOVERNMENT. These things are called INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS and are indeed protected (but not granted) by the Constitution. (Abortion is not protected, as its main participant CANNOT give consent.) You or I may not like certain things others do. GET OVER IT. It is NOT YOUR BUSINESS OR MINE. Stop denying God. If you believe someone is doing something "sinful," go preach to him. PERSUADE him to change. BUT LEAVE GOVERNMENT OUT OF IT. Jesus did NOT tell His disciples to go get a law passed; He said YOU DO IT, in My Name.
So stop being a denier of God and His Word. Heed the CLEAR words of the Constitution and the Bible and do your own job and mind your own damned business.
And, just fyi, while I may be a liberal in the Hayeck sense (or the Milton Friedman sense or even Walter Williams), I do NOT practice drug use (including the drugs alcohol-- very moderate use -- or tobacco), sodomy of any sort (except with my lawful wedded wife, when she's in the mood for something different) or whoring... so you can stuff it, you self-righteous piece of crud.
