ALSO...the Constitution for the United States ONLY grants the central government (FedGov) jurisdiction over THREE CRIMES (excepting, I suppose, on Federal Military Reservations, which are the only lands supposed to be owned by FedGov). These crimes are: Piracy, including modern forms of it such as terrorism and air piracy, Counterfeiting and Treason. That's it and that's all, bub.
Always bear in mind that the Constitution for the United States is only a grant of certain, LIMITED authority given by we, the People, to the central government, in order for it to do certain things in our names and on our behalf. It is NOT a supreme grant of power over us, with our rights few and limited in scope. The Government is not the SOURCE of our rights, but their PROTECTOR, as our rights are Divine in origin and have nothing to do with government. We would have these rights even if Washington, Sacramento,and every other source of government were to vanish from the earth.
