You mistake the reference of 'they'. If women beheaded their unfaithful husbands, the women would become legalistic, arrogant, frustrated, and fall further into the category of murderers.
that's exactly what I referred to: women would fall further into the category of murderers; means women would end up killing more since men's cheating activity would be the same even if death is a consequence of cheating.
