Was it "American Pie" where the young kid was reaching for the hand creme, but grabbed the super glue?

Ended up in the E/R with his hand glued to - well - you know.....

I work in an ER, you won't believe how many times ppl come in with their eyes glued shut with that same excuse- "glue instead of eye drops."
