Way #1: I believe JimRob is talented enough to take care of his own server, so could easily just download Red Hat, install and maintain it.
Way #2: His ISP provides the server and maintenance of the OS with a managed hosting package, so it hinges on whether the ISP bought support from Red Hat, which isn't necessarily the case, and has nothing to do with JimRob's intentions.
So FR is actually much less involved with Linux than was thought. Why am I not surprised.
I don't think this is the case. A Netcraft query indicates a privately named nameserver and dns server. This indicates to me that he is running this on his own.
