A 12 year old is quite physically capable of raping a woman. Although the way the laws seem to be going, it might be legally impossible. This is a strange case involving stranger people. I wonder about the child. Is she being cared for by a cousin? How did her "mother" get custody after dumping her in the trash at birth?
