I don't know if there are other photos of time pieces that are better than the one we see as 12:00:29, but in this photo when zoomed in you can definitely see one of the hands point to what appears to be the 12:00... If it was straight up 12:00 then the two hands are indistinguishable...
It doesn't look like this photo has had the watch face photoshopped... If it was, it was done by someone much better than whomever photoshopped the AV's pics... I don't see the obvious smudges on this photo that appear on the others...
Are you saying you believe the times on the accuser's photos appear to be altered? Based upon the framing of the time? Why would the times of the accuser need to be changed? If these photos were indeed taken with a cellphone, those photos can be retrieved from Nextel, AT&T or whomever... And of course the photos will be presented as proof of actual times.. I'm sure the prosecution and defense have this information already... :)
