In normal circumstances a lie detector is given to the complainant BEFORE a case goes forward.
It is highly unlikely that NI-fog used this tool.

It ALMOST looks like the DA went forward with this case to protect himself or someone he knows.
This chick has a history and I have a feeling it's a lot longer than we know.
