That is amazing; a woman tells a police officer that she's been raped by three (black) men and he asks her to write a chronological report of the events and RETURN IT TO THE POLICE?
Statutory rape? Underage rape? And that's all they did?
This really stinks!
The key part is in the second .pdf file. The reporting officer interviewed her [name removed] "AND HER FIANCEE."
She made the report in the presence of her fiance...
