That is amazing; a woman tells a police officer that she's been raped by three (black) men and he asks her to write a chronological report of the events and RETURN IT TO THE POLICE?
Statutory rape? Underage rape? And that's all they did?
This really stinks!
Well, it was over three years prior, so there wasn't a lot to investigate. I notice that although one of the suspects was supposedly her boyfriend, all three suspects have a question mark for age.
