Report made the alleged victim took place in Creedmore and was committed by three males. Repeatedly beat her and assaulted her. Officer advised victim to file a chronological report but the victim did not do so and the case was not presued. Report was made 8/1996
The three men made no statements and no investigation was persued. She alleged she was assaulted by three African American men. Lt. Brian Bishop was the responding officer, now with another department.
Case was not persued because the alleged victim did not persue the case. Once she refused to persue the case, the case was dropped.

That's the same observation I made when I first heard about it...lol.

I think the allegations about her being sodomized with a broomhandle came from Kim Roberts, and not from the AV.

Then her 10 year old "case" took over her brain and she said that three of these boys raped her. She thought the parents would discreetly come to her and offer her "go away" money.
She lives a "Murphy's Law" life of her own choosing.
It was perfect timing for the DA election. The fact that the DA went to the press instead of the Police Chief speaks volumes.
And still nothing in any search warrant for a broom - maybe the wicked witch of the west took off with it.
Look for the alleged victim/accuser to say that she did so write down that chronological account and the police didn't pay it no never mind. "J'accuse" seems to be her MO.

I haven't owned a broom in twenty years and these boys likely have a housekeeper. Heck, my old boyfriend had a maid at Hamilton and that was years and years ago.

I thought I heard on the Fox portion that Crystal had completed the narrative. True or not? Wonder if a copy of it is available through a FOIA request.
Did any reporter ask whether Crystal had received medical treatment for the 1993 rape?

I think so, and the father also said they didn't hurt her. When she made that accusation in 1996, the official report said that she was accompanied by her fiancee. 'Sounds suspicious to me that he, not her parents, was along, and I wonder if this was the current boyfriend who has been hauling her around.
