We're on the same page here... In my opinion if something happened, especially with a broom be it sexually or otherwise, it would have occurred when she was incoherent after the fall...
It's been my opinion for quite some time that whomever took the photos on the back porch knows all there is to know about anything "bad" that might have happened to the AV from 12:00 - 1:00...
I don't think anything happened to her from 12:00 - 12:30, I can't be sure what happened to her after 12:53 until she arrived at Kroger's... so that leaves 12:30 - 12:40ish... If she's lying semiconscious on the ground and the guys are laughing and yelling at her and maybe poking her with a broom to get up an get out...
That 10 minute interval, and maybe there's more evidence we haven't seen during that time period, still is the big mystery in my book....

1. Nifong has a legal and ethical obligation to turn over EVERYTHING he and his office knows about this case to the defense.
Outstanding call!
Well, then, let's hope he's ethical.

Check out post #1524.
BTW Anyone catch Kimberly Guilfoyle tonight?
Not sure why your post was to me, but I cannot answer your questions. All I know is that there was a post a few days ago indicating that BSM was incarcerated, had the same name, and some wondered if he was related and was being held to, umm, convince Crystal to go ahead with the case.
OMG! Priceless! But where in the hay do you find this stuff?
Truly amazing!
I know you have a student there..I wish him/her safety this week. Kimberly couldn't get Shabazz to promise no guns..and how exactly is he going to interview lacrosse players?
Thanks, Neverforget01. I appreciate the good thoughts.
Does the school have a "shut down" plan?
I will not discuss the precautions or plans the school has taken. Wouldn't be very secure then, would it? Sorry.
Like an umpire told me when I was a kid.... "It ain't nothing til he calls it..."
Besides that, I know very little.
I think they just laughed at a drunk stripper on the ground. I can imagine why the defense wouldn't want to reveal those photos unless absolutely necessary. It's just mean on the players' part.
That said, she wasn't raped. I just don't see any much mystery here anymore besides why is this case going forward.
I wish your daughter safety this week as well, Dukie. I'm sure that she's in very good hands. Try not to worry.
She also failed to mention that it was the AV's mom who mentioned the prior rape when Shabazz went on about his black sister being persecuted.
Every time I see your name, that song comes up. Even when I try and erase it with Motorhead ;-D
I just did a google search on: negro mangum north carolina
I could believe the information you came up with. Like I said, priceless!
