Mark Sanchez, Southern California's backup quarterback, was arrested Wednesday after being accused of sexually assaulting a female student, police said. Sanchez, 19, was arrested around 4 p.m. just north of campus and was being booked for investigation of sexual assault, police Officer Jason Lee said. "The alleged assault occurred earlier today," Lee said. The USC student reported it to police but no other details were immediately available

Dirty Sanchez...
It is the cult of the athlete. They get away with the little things, and some of them extrapolate.
Bump for later...
Nasty Sanchez
Idiot
This hasnt been USC's month. First Josh booty has back problems. Then the stuff with Reggie Bush and the House in LA. Now this.
Is this the QB from Mission Viejo, CA? The Mission Viejo football boys are very privileged. They think they can get away with anything. They need to form a quick acquaintance with reality. Athletes are no longer above the law.
Uh buckeye...I happen to be from Mission Viejo and happen to know that Sanchez is a damn nice kid who comes from a damn nice family...head and shoulders above some of the hoods and thugs recruited by Ohio State for example. What has probably happened here is some bimbo got payed to play "hide the weenie" with Sanchez then blow the whistle similar to the Duke LaCross thing. Don't worry, in a couple years "privileged" Mark Sanchez will be knocking the s#!t out of Ohio State as USC starting QB.
Wow. Your animosity is unwarranted. I live in SoCal and know how the Mission Viejo guys are treated. It is entirely possible that the girl is lying. I always hope the truth comes out, whatever it may be. But you must admit that the Mission Viejo football team is always treated with kid gloves in Southern California. I have no connection with Ohio State but, yes, I love it when the Buckeyes win. Go Bucks!
How so? Just curious.
OK Buckeye. I assumed from your name that you're from Columbus. In any case I'm Buckeye fan too in spite of the thugs they let into the place. I don't think the MV athletes get treated any better than any other group with the same dedication to excellance. They're damn good at what they do.
I agree that individual athletes do not get preferential treatment. Is the Coach still Bob Johnson? I haven't followed high school football in several years. I just remember the LA Times and Daily News stories. And, you're right, MV wins most of the time.
