I would say poor Stan for falling in to the losers whining.

Now I understand why the every day liberals are usually so sad. They are obligated by their ‘compassion’ to hear these pathetic losers.

"manbearpig = global warming"

yes, but as Matt and Trey point out if it wasn't global warming it would be something else.

One part that wasn't evident at first (for me) was their joke about 1/2 bear 1/2 pig 1/2 man doesn't make since. The math of global warming adds up the same way.

That's the current issue of "Wired". Both of last night's episodes were great - I hadn't seen the Mormon one (dumb dumb dumb dumb dumb!), and the Al Gore voice was perfect. Did he once say "I'm serial" instead of "I'm serious"?

OK, will someone who is more up on this confirm.. does Algore sound just like John Header (Benchwarmers, Napoleon Dynamite)?

Much more than once. Every time. I'm totally serial.

I was pleasantly surprised at this episode, the pre-publicity didn't prepare me for Al Gore.

Obviously I never listened to him very closely, that's news to me. It was a great episode. :)

3. Some of the episodes are funny...
..some are dumb as hell. And the concept of the "South Park Republican" is just a more polite term for "crass dumbshit conservative". But sometimes crass dumbfuckery can be amusing, but I certainly wouldn't take any cues from those guys on policy matters. They seem ill-informed at best, and proudly and willfully ignorant at worst.

One last one... now this guy is a DUer telling other DU'ers to "lighten up" (the other one is actually a 'response to this one, note the title similarity)

South Park and those with little to no sense of humor. I've been here since the beginning, mostly a lurker, I admit. However, you guys disappoint me something fierce (not that you give a damn). The intellectual rants and posts of yesteryear are long gone - replaced by commentary on one of the best TV shows in modern history being misunderstood by -GASP- seemingly intelligent liberals. I said this before in a different thread but it needs repeating. Liberals have the strangle hold on artistic talent : Musicians, artists, comedians, etc. Why? Because we ARE philanthropists. If you can't find the humor in South Park you really are getting too old/convoluted in your own BS. I think this underlying trend turns off a lot of potential liberals. Flame on

This one too, he says that South Park is a conspiracy against Freepers.

10. He did blither a little with the crab people/queer eye...

...but yeah, they haven't really hit Bush much at all. Probably because it wouldn't be controversial. (Their business model, of course, is wealth through controversy.)

Oh hey -- maybe their plan is to get on liberal's nerves for a season, long enough to get enough freepers watching to cause a scene, and then they'll do it. Who knows?
