I saw Mencia for the first time last week, and almost died when he did his sleep aid skit. One of the funniest bits I've ever seen.
Isn't "Excelsior!" one of Stan Lee's trademarks? Not sure if it's a reference to him or not though.
Mencia should be in charge of which illegals get to stay, work and get in the citizenship line and who has to go back to Mexico.

BUT he is an equal opportunity offender, like Chapelle used to be before he got all wierd... Went 'back to Africa' and felt like he was 'selling out' and screwed his show, and converted to Islam.
