Not exactly. It's kind of a Michael Moore truth. There are lot os clubs lots of people can't get into. I'm white and I guaran-damn-tee you Tiger Woods can get in a hell of a lot more country clubs than me. Besides, he is a pro golfer. I don't see any club that hosts a pro tournament telling Tiger he can't play because his Dad is black. Just not gonna happen. Those who choose to believe otherwise LIKE holding on to those beliefs.

Giving you the benefit of the doubt, and assuming that this is true...which I HIGHLY doubt...

If Nike is going to make this incendiary claim...then they should back it up...by naming those country clubs that will not allow blacks to play.

For the record, I do not doubt that there are private clubs with no black members. But I do not believe for a moment there is a single country club that will turn away Tiger Woods.

My prediction: The alleged victim pulls a "Kobe" and refuses to participate in the prosecution. This gives Nifong a face-saving way out and leaves a perpetual cloud of suspicion hanging over the heads of the Dukies. If convicted, Seligmann and Finnerty will most likely die in prison, unless the Durham judiciary is much more considerate of their rights than it has been until now.

Probably she has had mental problems before and now under the stress from national attention (and possible being caught in lies) she is going nuts.

They have to let her history come out into this trial to be fair to these guys.

We know no DNA was found IN her, but if they find stuff under her nails or hairs, so what?
If she was being a lap dancer, wouldn't she have had some contact with the many men there that could explain hair or things under her nails (if it is there).
In addition, what was the state of chemicals in her blood and does she have a history of chemical or alcohol dependence.

I believe she was caught passed out drunk when she decided to make charges.
I think there is a big difference between a supposed rape drug and drunk.
The guard who found her will probably testify that he could smell the alcohol on her.
