DURHAM, N.C. - The attorney for one of two Duke lacrosse players charged with raping a stripper demanded on Monday that prosecutors turn over the accuser’s medical, legal and education records for use in attacking her credibility.
Kirk Osborn, who represents player Reade Seligmann, said the material will provide “rich sources of information for impeaching the complaining witnesses.”
Osborn also asked a judge to hold a pretrial hearing to “determine if the complaining witness is even credible enough to provide reliable testimony.”

When I followed a Freeper link to (yuck) Think Left (I couldn't stay-- it was creeping me out) I did read that if Clinton could talk on the phone when Monica was you know then maybe the Lacrosse players could too. That did amuse me.

One of the talking heads said a few nights ago it was pretty much an open secret as to who the 3rd suspect is. "Everyone knows" is how it was put. Has that third person been named on one of our threads?

The only other name that has come up is McFayden's. That has to be who they are talking about.
Something happened between her leaving the house and being so out of it that she was holding on to the inside of Kim's car. Seems odd that she went from walking to passed out. How much time was it? (Sorry, I would refer to the timeline but it's gone).
