1. Can a medical exam show the difference between rape and rough consensual sex? If the girl is sexually excited, she will be naturally lubricated. Vaginal penetration on an unlubricated woman will cause detectable abrasions.

I should also add: can a medical exam which shows a woman had unlibricated sex differentiate between a woman who was raped and an uninterested prostitute? Not likely

Speaking as a woman. It takes us a bit longer to reach that state of easy acceptance than it does a guy to reach his state of "run it up the flagpole and see if anyone salutes." So a female might be mentally receptive before she is physically receptive.
