You may be right. I remember that at first she was supposed to be taken to jail, but a female officer changed it and she was taken in for psychiatric observation. Man, that was several threads and a lot of posts ago.

Your memory is not failing you Enterprise, in the first reports that is how it was described....

It was also described early on that she was extremely disruptive in one of the facilities where she was taken.... I haven't seen much more of that reported lately either... It went the way of the photo of her smiling and talking on the cell phone...

That's correct, and that change came about 1:40. They went to Duke Access, were there about forty minutes, and then that changed to the rape issue, and they packed it in and went on to DUMC.
