I just checked out the pic up close again.. and not only has her face been smudged but it seems clear to me that some stuff on her arms has been smudged, definitely in the shoulder area. It also looks like maybe something on her leg and on the purse as well...

I could be wrong about the purse and leg, but almost positive something on her upper arm (either an owie or a tattoo) has been photoshopped off...

You may be right. When I first saw her pictures on TV, I noticed that she had a tatoo. Then it was gone when the photos were posted on the Internet.
