You guys see so much more in the pics than I do... I saw the white extensions down her leg but never dreamed they were garter straps...

I also saw the flip flop foot as someone's leg who was lying on the floor...

I think the assumption is that when she fell, she dropped those items. At some point, after she left with Kim, they were found and put in the house.
