Apropos of absolutely nothing, how much wedding planning have you done already?

Uh... well... I've got the locations, the priest, and the supporting characters... waiting on a quote but I know the florist I want... found a photographer... working on the invitations this week. I still need an organist, a caterer, and all of the little things.

If your apropos of nothing is in the Septemberish timeframe it's doable but tricky... less than that would be less fun. But my parents did their wedding in three weeks so it's possible.
