He killed your phone? Wow, he's lucky you didn't kill him.
He's said he'll pay if I have to replace it.
It ain't gonna be pretty. It's out of warranty by about a week (grrr!), and the cheapest replacement (since I'm not due to a replacement yet under the contract) is a hundred and ten bucks. I dunno for sure that that'll be the fee, but...most likely I'll get charged full price for a phone.
