He said that to me too. Of all the things to worry about, something tells me he's not going to oversleep. :~)
Good luck, Ruthy. Very exciting! I'm happy for you.
Oh, that will be good, for him to fly with y'all.
Ha! Although I shouldn't laugh since I know how he feels.
I guess now it's my turn to tell him "it's going to be OK". ;-)
(((Sam)))
Thanks, Sam. :-)

Will the last hobbit on the right coast please turn out the light...
Wow... I'm jealous. I've still got more than two months to go here. Good luck with all the move!
It will be very good. Chivalry is not dead.
Just the thought of that journey alone with these two girls in tow gives me the shudders something awful.
Despite all of my efforts, we'll still have two bags to check and two to carry on. I can't imagine juggling all that without help. :-/
Hey, I've moved eastward... Iowa's more easterly than Colorado...
Are we the only 2, now?
I could use a 5 a.m. EST wake up call. I've got the alarm on my watch and on my cell phone set. The atomic alarm clock we bought Jr. never has worked right...
Join us, Corin. Joooin ussss....
< /hypnotic voice >
It does speed up a bit towards the end, chica.
But I'll pray the whole two months goes by really fast for ya!
Ugh.... You could have mine. No, my alarm is set to quarter to seven. However I despise being awakened by alarms and will be awake at 5... and 5:30... and 6.... and somewhere around 6:30 will give up and get up.
Sheesh. It's bad enough to be up by 7am with nowhere to go.
I love ya man, but I love my sleep too! ;-)
Heh...my Dad is feeling the same way. Only really three kids left in the area, two of 'em being the ones that are still at home The rest of us are all out west now.
Not sure how that happened.
Looking at it from the "after this weekend there's only two visits until we're married" point of view helps a lot. I can handle two visits. Looking at it as still double-digit number of weeks is lousy.
Pick whichever method gives you the lowest number. Good thinkin'!
That would be number of years, which would be a fractional amount. But still depressing. Oh well! I know it's getting closer, I'm just getting more impatient to get on with things.
I was once ~tentatively~ offered a lobbying job that covered 6 western states. Would've been based in Sacramento and covered CA, WA, OR, AZ and Hawaii and Alaska.
We seriesly considered it, but they hired someone from the region.
Now I couldn't do it to the grandmas.
And I ain't bringin' 'em with us.
