Happy Anniversary! I'd forgotten that was coming up so quick!
Happy Anniversary Hair and ecurbh!
This is a drive by posting.
One arm. Paper hanger. You know the drill.
At least I almost burned my eyes out with my contact solution. And the Mrs. broke a toe.
So, it's a pretty normal day.
Congratulations! Two years already... wow.
YIKES! Didn't she break her leg during the Christmas show? Was this toe on the same leg?
Oh, and sorry about your eye.
The Monday workday is over.
So there's that.
Dang! Hope it heals soon!!
Happy Anniversary, May you have many, many more. OB & LSA
Corin, sorry to hear about the Mrs and her broken toe.
Also, sorry to hear bout the contacts.
(think glasses) :-)
Wow, that is 'series' good news, 'the following takes place....'

Heh...it's just restin'.
Sorry to hear about the Mrs' toe, Corin. Sheesh. :-(
Ramius is sick and I'm too far away to tend to him. ~sigh~
We're just about cleaned up and ready to go out for dinner. Mmmmm... lobster....
The weather looks great!
In other not-so-great news, my car is having serious trouble. I've been researching what it could be and I'm almost 100% sure that I've cracked a head gasket or at the very least, a valve.
I can't explain how it happened, since I have the oil changed every 3000 miles and always have the fluids topped off at the same time.
I suspect that the previous owner mistreated the car and now I'm going to pay the price.
For those who want details...
I had the oil changed yesterday and on the way home, the engine started to rattle significantly and great billows of white smoke poured from my tailpipe. The engine's always had a bit of a rattle to it, especially early in the morning - but I chalked it up to being a six-year old car.
I've seen nearly invisible wisps of white "steam" from the tailpipe too. But only in the morning after the car has sat for a while. And this has happened since I bought it.
I think my ignorance of mechanics has cost me dearly. I should have taken it back to the dealer, but I didn't want to deal with the hassle. :-/
Oh, dear... and it picked a bad time to pull this, didn't it?
Mornin' there... :-)
Let me know how it goes with the car today... :-(
[sip]
I'm feeling better this morning.
It sure did. :-(
I'm hoping it isn't the worst case scenario. A mechanic-friend of my sister's works at the service place where I took the car this morning.
He suspects bad gasoline or something related to fuel. That would be a LOT less expensive since it's basically a flush of the fuel system.
*fingers crossed*
Mornin', honey!
Glad you're feeling better. I was thinkin' about you all morning here but it was too early to call.
I should hear something about the car in a few hours.
P.S. We need furniture. ;-)
I'm thinking about a japanese motif. Much simpler.
Just need some reed mats and a couple of low tables, little rollup pads for sleeping.
You don't need to get tables...just use cardboard boxes!
