Fun trip to the dogpark, gypsygirl is napping now. Been weeding, there was just enough rain to loosen the little suckers and been getting them tap root and all.
Iced coffee for me now.

If I'm going to do that pork shoulder today, I guess I'd better get started.
Need to do laundry too.

Got the fire started and therace is almost ready to start.
Maybe I should start my pumpkin seeds indoors. I have a sneaking suspicion that thevarmints have eaten the seeds I planted.
I'm feelin' reeeeeeeeally lazy today. Prolly 'cuz it's 94 degrees and muggy. Can't wait to go to work tomorrow ... we have no AC. *sigh*
I'm pretty lazy today too. Got the shoulder on the grill and am waiting for both the race and the game to start. Need to do laundry, clean and do something with the collards and turnips.
I'm exhausted already! :)
Since the plumber yesterday couldn't find the pipe, let alone the break in the pipe, we decided, after a big breakfast, to find it ourselves. (Hair knew where it was the whole time, it was three feet away from the plumber's hole, where the grass was a LOT thicker and greener than anywhere else, but she's not saying I told him so!)
So here we are out in front of our place... Rosie's landlord, ecurbh, Rosie and Cartman... Hair with the camera... hunting around for the source of the bubbles.
Found! Water's off now, but it was drippin down right there in the middle.
Rosie's landlord said "You guys know how to fix?" I said "I've seen it done on TV!" ~smiles~ He said he'd call a plumber.
Duct tape.
Heh...that's what ecurbh said. I think that's when the landlord said we needed a plummer. ;-)
I hope they fix it today!

Heh, that's the fellas. Turned out to be a nice day, sure looked like rain earlier.
