Home is behind, the world ahead, |

LOL, you're right Man, Power to the rear wheels, er. People...
Actually these were 'series' yuppies that live a new addition across the road the dogpark. A 'vey' pricey addition.
Therefore, perhaps you are correct, they are taking a stand/making a statement on behalf of old(er) folks, or downtrodden ones, or something to that effect.
Or maybe they're just to self involved and busy to worry about dog licenses ;~D
Well, I think our wanderers got a friend to come pick them up. She said they were on their way to a friend's tonight to take showers... they'd been camping up in Capitol Forest last couple of weeks.
All right if I come over for the cleaner now? I missed your message earlier...
*snicker*
Well...that's kind of a relief. I doubt they were anything but harmless, but even so...
Yup, I'll meet you half way :~)
You have to tell them about your dream.
Was it anything like your Frodo dreams were back in the day? ;-)
Not unless there was more she didn't tell me :~)
Nothing like so nice... ;-)
I dreamed last night that my water line had broken - had a big ol' gushing river running by the house. In my dream, the landlord and his wife lived on a hill above my place, so I went up to talk to them about the problem, but found them packing their suitcases and couldn't get him to help...he wouldn't look me in the eye and just said he'd been *meaning* to tell me they were leaving.
But you didn't tell them the punch line :~)
And...as it turns out, our water line is leaking, and we don't really have a way to get in touch with him, and he just finally told the store folks he'd sold the store. Hasn't told me anything still.
Vey weird.
I'm not sure if I like that.
We've got water bubbling up out of the ground, right where the gypsy folks wanted to park today. I didn't see anyone actually drive back there, but it's happened before when someone did, the water line's only a couple inches down, and it's old, and brittle.
Well...Cisco's ears are gooped. He's taking his frustrations out on a new rope bone I got him at PetCo - there's a Walgreen's across the street, so I just went there.
Hopefully it clears up fast!
Thanks for lending me the wash...is that something you have to get from the vet? I suppose I should probably get a bottle one of these days...it's likely this will be on-going, if my lab was typical.
That's a vet thing, though they might have it at larger pet stores... Get the blue kind like that if you get some, it's a little soapy and cleans better. There's another type that's oily and it's not good, leaves their ear rather oily.
So... did you try to not look itchy at the store?
Reminds me of a time the toilet clogged up in the wee hours of morning and overflowed, and I didn't have a plunger. I went in to Albertson's that's open 24 hours.
This super cheerful clerk said "AND HOW ARE YOU THIS MORNING?" I said... "I'm buying a plunger at 4 am... how do you think I'm doing?" ;~D
Doesn't sound like anything that'll help you sleep at night, that's for sure. *shudder*
Welcome to the 21st century, and s#!t. It's OK man... 3veryon3's doin' it... just try some... just a little... if you don't like it... that's cool... you don't have to if you don't want to...
