We did a quick study on how to identify poison ivy today...theboy was picking flowers for me and showed up with the rash the next day. Fortunately, it's not bad.
I'm with you when it comes to OBL...we'll do a big dinner too. Thanks for the inspiration.

BTW, I've joined you in losing plants to the lousy wabbits. I bought this beautiful "Classic" eggplant seedling for $.99 at Westlake and planted it yesterday morning. When I checked on it this morning, it was gone, leaves eaten to the stalk. I put a little fence around the stalk, it looks rather pathetic, but maybe it will grow back? What to do you think? LSA

My eggplant put out leaves after the "bunny chomp" so I think it'll do okay.
I've got my eggplant inside a chicken wire fence or in pots above bunny reach.

Oh, that's good to know. After steaming my tomato plants dead last year I'm a little leary about potting anything else, but I may to go that route if the bunnies keep up their sampling. LSA

Thebunnies haven't gotten in the wheelbarrow yet so I might pot some up and put them there.
My pot-cooked tomatoes recovered last year after I moved them to partial shade.
