Evenin' all. Having a nice visit with Mom here. SIL is being downright ratty and that's casting a shadow on the visit. Most irksome.
Of course you can!
:-)
Hope to see some pics of that limo ride later.
You have ~no~ idea how much I can understand your post.
I sent an e-mail to my manager and her boss today asking them to meet with me this week to hammer out the details of my home office. And I'm talking serious stuff like how things are gonna get paid and such.
I got NO answer from them. Not even a "thanks for the e-mail, we'll get back to you" canned response. :-/
I'm only there for two more weeks. You'd think they'd realize that things need to be taken care of ~before~ I leave.
:o
They did.
Creepy.

"Did you get the memo?"
That pic is just TRAUMATIC!!
The past month has been a real-life Office Space nightmare for me.
deep breath deep breath deep breath.
Sorry 'bout that.
Cute Fiver Pics!
Oh good :~D
Wimmen.
They're difficult to work for.
Anyone seen that new "Date Movie"? Allegedly there's a blasphemous LotR reference.
Hey, all right!
'zactly
First thing the boss troll says to me this morning is "can you see if they can make this coffee any hotter?"
I looked at him and said "Can you see if you can wait until it PERKS?"
That was the bright spot.
Somehow I hadn't realized the whole "domestic violence" thing was over there...thought it was here. Huh.
Well...plenty of drama, that's fer sure!
No drama this evening, though. Mowed the whole front and now I'm gonna take some cat litter to the dumpster. Yay...thrilling.
I mowed today too - most of the day... I do love to mow :~D
I dunno that I really like the act of mowing...but there's a satisfaction in having nice rows of cut grass out there. Granted, rows are still hard to make on my land...but it's getting better. ;-)
Saw it at my sister's house this past weekend.
Frodo, Sam and Gandalf walk into the jewelry store and Frodo pawns The One Ring.
He tells Gandalf to can it (in a vulgar way) when the wizard warns him not to do it.
Then he and Sam take the money and announce they're off to party with it.
This is the sanitized version, of course. It was more stupid than anything else - which it typical for these types of parody flicks.
