Can I buy a plot there?
mmmmm....Lana Turner...(with 42%off!)
Whatever agreements were in place with the landlord (the lease, even oral agreements) are *still* in force with a new owner. A buyer of the property buys it with all prior encumbrances in place, whether they knew of them or not.
In honor of 06/06/06, Mr. and Mrs. Stormhands are fighting the Intestinal Battle of Armageddon.
Most of mine was yesterday and today. Wife is now experiencing it. The only good part of that is that I can rule out what I thought was bronchitis.
Wow... so if today marks the beginning of the Tribulation... it's kinda a bummer that it's just you.
Sorry about that. :-)
Hope your drain field is in good working order :~D
Heh...
It's going around!
Becky just got sick a few minuites ago.
Yikes....
I meant "minutes".
Let's just say mine has been working extremely well...
Did her head spin around ? :~D
Just about. ;-)
So there's that...though I still worry about what they've told 'em about what this place is like inside. I mean...the handyman never finished large portions of what was supposedly gonna be done...and even Richard's wife may be totally unaware of that, let alone the new owners.
Kinda surprises me that they bought without ever looking the place over...makes me wonder what they have planned for this place. See...I only signed a six month lease, now I think about it. Hope that's not cause for alarm...though I can't think of much they could do with this land that would generate much more income. Not as if we're in town.
My boss and his whole family had something like that. I managed to dodge it, whatever it was...thank goodness.
Now there's a cold going around instead. Yay.
Granted, I'd rather a cold if the alternative is...well, the other illness. Ick.
Hope ya feel better soon!
Maybe they'll put in a City Wok.
It's a sixties era trailer, they're not going to expect that it's in any different shape than it's in now.
And we've got pictures. I can print them out. pages of em.
K...I'll try not to fret about it. ;-) I guess I'm more worried about the prospect of them wanting to do something else with the land, considering they didn't bother walking through.
*snicker*
