What do you suggest he do about that?
He could push to build more refineries and eliminate the ethanol additive requirement. I'd also like to see 'divorcement', where gas stations are allowed to buy from any supplier they want, and not just the parent company, which would introduce some competition in the wholesale market. Not that any of those proposals would likely happen, of course, but it would be nice to see an effort made.
