Am I the only one that feels this way?? It just seems to me that the Republicans are gonna get HAMMERED in the next election if things don't turn around quickly.

You're not the only one who feels this way. I'm really disappointed in Bush. I voted for him twice and don't regret it, considering the alternative, but I am disappointed and getting a little nervous about November. The situation at the border infuriates me and his yammering about the ROP makes me sick and I'm damned sure not thrilled to see the Chinese Butcher in Chief feted at the White House by a Republican President.

But we have to keep things in perspective. I think that the President is doing a very good job in Iraq and Afghanistan. Don't forget that he nominated and got Senate confirmation for Roberts and Alito to the Supreme Court and we're still enjoying the fruits of his tax cuts.

Not on this forum, but you are misreading the policy. It is nothing more than a continuation of the Reagan policy and it will continue.

Oh, it's far worse than needing a turnaround. Consider this: the republican representatives know damn well we supporters from the past cannot afford to allow the democrat criminal, anti-american enterprise to get back in power (for the very obvious reasons why we voted for pubbies in the first place), so they are taking us for granted knowing we are the sovereigns and have liitle choice but to re-elect the pubbies to power lest we die under democrap leadership that bows to terrorists and promotes the slaughter of the unborn while welcoming every invader who wishes to get the dole in America. Yes, it's worse than you can even imagine, because we have lost our sovereignty due to our lack of paying attention in voting over the last twelve-to-twenty-five election cycles. We are now sitting down to consume the crapped in bowl we have soiled.
