The WRAL article said court documents show what was to be looked for (shoe,etc) in Finnerty's room. I wonder if by Tuesday afternoon the investigators had given up on tying Seligmann to any assault, and were focusing desperately on finding something on Finnerty.

I can't get over how long they waited to search for that stuff. Heck, the forced the kids to be photographed for scratches and submit to DNA testing, even if they weren't at the party. What, the DA didn't think he could get a judge to order a search of 46 rooms right after the fake rape was reported?

I have taken the liberty to add a couple items to your time line... It takes a bit of deduction to know that the strippers and the boys in CAB #2 must have left before the cops arrived at 12:55... And if Kim made the call at 12:53, then she probably had left already after the cuss fight with the 4 players entering CAB #2...

The intervals just keep getting smaller... Just need some work on the 12:04 when they left (where did they go first?) and the 12:20 ish when the neighbor says he saw them in the car.. fully dressed... so taking out the time for Kim to change clothes and getting them both in the car the first time, that really reduces the amount of time they could have been in the BR...
