I thought so, thanks. It has been over a month since this happened, so I think defense should be careful about letting a key witness start talking to the press. He clearly doesn't remember every detail, and you don't want his creditability or his memory to be questioned.

College age "boys" aren't adults? Everyone in that room was over 18, hence they were adults, not boys. Now they were young adults who made a foolish mistake, but they weren't little boys either.
I think Murphy may be more disgusting than Grace, and that's saying something.

While Hannity loves to exploit the case for ratings, getting the facts is seeminly irrelevant.
Maybe he got there before Kim drove off, when they were still arguing, but that would have had to have been before 12:53, when she made the call.
As I said, I hope he's not embellishing his story now that he's been on national TV.
