I'd love to see this couple become a "cause celbre", tearing into the gutless wonders who ran away rather than come to their aid.
Sheesh...."cause celEbre"
I cannot believe nobody helped... What have we become?
So can we expect Bloomberg to have a press conference on knife control in the next 24 hours?
I posted this because it's such a perfect metaphor for the shrinking-violet left's response to 9/11.
Run and hide, fear of using overwhelming force, feel really bad for the victims, rely on police (the U.N.) to handle the matter. Of course, they could all have well been dead by the time police got there.
Surely somebody on that train had something in hand that could have been used to clobber the psycho. A briefcase, a laptop. A kick to the groin. Wimpx.
It says the train was CROWDED. Numbers alone indicate the other passengers could have overwhelmed the perp.
I bet they're all congratulating themselves for "surviving" the incident.
Tooooooo many have become wimpy socialist globalist victims without any care for themselves, much less for anyone else or for their country.
Easy to say but the thing is usually over by the time you've sorted out what's happening.
Lessee, a couple of bleeding people are running and pointing and hollering "Catch him! He stabbed us!"
Yeah, real hard to sort out.
Thank God these wimps weren't on United flight 93.
Hell, they'll probably form a support group.
I've never heard of it. Got a link?
Somehow that sounds more French, so it is okay.
And demand taxpayer funded "crisis counseling". Then they'll get paid disability leave due to PTSD. Early retirment may even be in the offing!
Hmmm. I was naive in thinking they were just a jelly-spined, weak-willed, quivering bunch of cowards. They might actually profit from it!
The stabber is not guilty according to the law of the jungle. Staring is a challenge in most of the animal world (humans included). I say the biatch had it coming.
It's actually a "natural" response in a Marxist nanny-state like New York City where people have an ingrained expectation that all of life's necessity's -- including yours -- are someone else's responsibility.
