If this turns out to be true, the DA and the dancer should both go up on charges. Back in the old days, these two would be tarred and feathered.... we need to bring that back

- Can a DA or any public prosecutor for that matter be successfully sued for malicious prosecution? I was under the impression that persons in such positions were exempt from being charged.
