Breaking overnight from Chris Cummo at ABC GMA:
Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.
Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.
12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.
Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.
The alleged victim was making cell calls and I'm sure those records would show the times.
It's not easy to get a cab in Durham at all. It's, shall we say, not like New York where they are constantly cruising the streets looking for fares.
Except there are at least 30 cab companies in the Durham area so they missed a few.
Would you have a cab come to a party where there is a stripper and possible underage drinking or would you ask the cab to meet you somewhere else?

Her name has been all over FR so I imagine a lot of people already know who she is.
The defense lawyers can and should argue that all 46 players tested are suspects. This was another stupid move by Nifong. Until the other 44 (or 43 depending on if a 3rd id indicted) are cleared, why in the world would they say anything to the police w/out representation?
I'll also suggest that if anything criminal went on there, the players would have said so and the accused would say the sex was consensual.
I appreciate your playing Devil's Advocate. Sadly for the prosecution, I think you are pretty much giving it Nifong's best shot as well.

IIRC the only DNA found in the bathroom is from the boys that lived there.

I know, but apparently others in the public do not know. And how about a picture of HER? Everyone she has accused has been subject to being photographed. I think she should be exposed...photographically as well.

Nails were found in the bathroom. They had no DNA on them. I'd be interested to see if the nails in the bathroom had any adhesive on them, i.e., had they ever been worn? Or were they worn and then knocked back off again. If she had her nails on one hand but not the other would she have painted the ones she had on first? In other words, would she have gotten one hand completely done before starting on the other hand. It would seem to me to be difficult put nails on a hand when the other hand had wet polish on it. It would seem to me the procedure would be to get all 10 nails on and them start with the nail polish. Opinions ladies?
