Case against at least one Duke defemdant unraveling fast.

Defendant Seiligman went to bank ATM while rape supposedly happening.

12:02 Time stamped photos show girl arriving. Girl leaves, comes back, call friends on cell phone does other things. 12:19 Seiligman calls cab dispatcher 12:24 Seiligman takes cab to bank miles away, uses ATM card (photos show it is him.) 12:42 after walking back to dorm, Seiligman uses security card to enter dorm. Does not leave.

Also, Seiligman was never interviewed by cops. DA seeking reelection simply took "Dancers" word that he raped her.

I wonder if the first DNA test tested the pubic hair? And if they didn't why not? Also I wonder if the hair they found could have been from one of the players girlfriends since the last DNA test came back negative for everyone on the team.

Seligman called his girlfriend twice around midnight. That says to me he went to the party to be 'one of the guys' and maybe he went out of curiosity, but his mind was on his girlfriend. He saw what showed up at the party, got disgusted and left.

If the picture I saw on tv is any indication (with the face blurred), what with the tacky costume and nasty hair weave, I'd be yucked out too. I don't think we're talking Halle Berry material here.

Thanks! That answered my questions. In fact, the woman from the innocence commission addressed my exact question - "if only photos from a football team are shown then it guarantees that a person from the football team will be chosen"

You know, I wonder if the DA doesn't care at this point. If the ID gets thrown out then he can claim that a technicality let brutal rapists off the hook. He will still be a hero to the black community - the fact that it was his f*** up won't matter.

The accuser will still get to go around saying that she was raped and collecting checks.

The "every man is a rapist" lobby will continue to parrot that the rapists were let go on a technicality. Everybody's a winner - well, except the innocent parties in this ordeal.

It took her almost a month to make the IDs. The indictments were signed on the 12th, ONE day after his election forum where he said he needed the accuser to make IDs. He told a young black student upset with Nifong that made a statement that we (crowd) know she has pointed out who her attackers were; He stopped him and told him that that was INCORRECT. She has not made the IDs (or all of them). The very next day after the black crowd said publicly that there were NO charges due to Race - Nifong signs the indictments (against two). THINK ABOUT THAT.
