Just a thought. I'm sure the woman's lawyers had access to any run ins with the law these guys may have had. She picks one with an arrest for assault. Seems like a good choice if you don't know who to pick.

If the story about the other alleged perp not being there doesn't hit the headlines, I don't think twice about her ID. But now that there's a question about one, I'm questioning the validity of the other ID. I think, absent DNA, a jury may question it too.
