That's a great list. I often repeat the story of the Laguna Beach California fires. Once the fires were out many, many people were homeless or faced the fire head on. The first place a lot of them headed to was the health food store for vitamins. The stress of this or any kind of emergency will take more of a toll on your body than you may think.

Someone up thread mentioned it is vital also to live in a country or rural area. I would not live in a big city these days if you paid me.

Since we are on the road to third world status, those folks will be roving in gangs to steal what thoughtful law abiding American citizens have stocked up on.

Sad, we had the choice to bring people up to First World status or slide down to third world status, and look where we are going.
