And two years ago people claimed the "jump the shark" part was the daughter and cougar encounter.

I also find the Prez as the bad guy twist hard to swallow but we'll have to see if it's an actual JTS.

yea, i obviously don't know who its going to end, but if the president ends up being Lex Luther, Dr. Evil or something thats just gonna be lame.

Having already had Nixon and Carter as presidents, what's even remotely fictional about Logan? Nixon was by any definition a criminal, a serial criminal at that. Carter's entire presidency was one step away from being treasonous at law, and his administration most certainly violated the Constitution on a weekly, if not daily, basis.
