Ha, I never heard him say that. Not disputing it, just saying my brain apparently pays attention every time he's says there's no time to do this or that, but apparently never hears it when he says he's sorry.

"I'm Sorry" is used a lot. I was going through the Season 2 DVD's the other day and I can't even begin to count how many times it is said. Tony and Michelle seem to say on a regular basis, even when they're
kissing it up in 2:00 A.M to 3:00 A.M.
