People do not place enough importance on genetics. Bred to hunt birds, fine. Bred to kill other dogs, not fine.
Imagine spending the next several generations teaching your children to kill other people. At some point, they could accomplish it without blinking an eye.
Failure to see how this plays out on the bigger world-stage dims our ability to see what's going on around us.
Good people are 'bred' no less than bad people are 'bred'. 'Breeding' has consequences.

You are correct but breeds can be rehabilitated, just as some people can. (Sounds liberal, yes, but animals are different. Things are much more black and white for animals)
